Warranty condition

RMA Form

The warranty period starts at the time of Product's original purchase by the first end-user. The Product may consist of several different parts and different parts may be covered by a different warranty period (hereinafter "Warranty Period"). The different Warranty Periods are:

Nokia

a. Twelve (12) months for accessories (whether included in the mobile device sales package or sold separately) other than the consumable parts and accessories listed in (b) and (c) below;
b. six (6) months for the following consumable parts and accessories batteries, chargers, desk stands, headsets, cables, mobile holder (active/passive), car kits and covers; and
c. ninety (90) days for the media on which any software is provided, e.g. CD-rom, memory card.

Sony Ericsson

a. Twelve (12) months for all genuine accessories e.g. batteries, chargers or headsets (whether included in the mobile device sales package or sold separately)

Motorola

a. Twelve (12) months for devices & technical components, e.g. chargers, bluetooth-beadsets or memory cards (whether included in the mobile device sales package or sold separately) with the exception of:
b. Six (6) months for batteries and passive headsets (cable)

Samsung

a. Six (6) months for all genuine accessory components e.g. batteries, chargers or headsets (whether included in the mobile device sales package or sold separately)

BlackBerry

Case-Mate

Case-mate offers a 90 Day Limited Warranty on all* products sold. All case-mate products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have result from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. Case-mate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product. Product replacements are only covered by the warranty of initial purchase and do not extend the length of warranty. If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to case-mate to receive an additional replacement.

Reseller Purchases: If you purchased the item(s) from a reseller or distributor and the product is defective, please return the product to the reseller for an exchange or refund. If you are unable to obtain an exchange, you may contact our customer service team for instructions on filing a warranty claim and to receive a return authorization number.

go Bare and Clear Armor Warranty
Your go Bare or Clear Armor purchase includes a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. We understand the significant investment you have made in your device the importance of protecting it.
The case-mate go Bare and Clear Armor Lifetime Replacement Guarantee:
Straight forward and simple - If your go Bare or Clear Armor ever becomes scratched, torn, or damaged in any way while protecting your device, we will replace the go Bare or Clear Armor, for as long as you own your device. Proof of purchase and return of original product are required.
The Lifetime Warranty Guarantee does not cover damage to the Armor as a result of installation errors. This includes bubbles under the go Bare or Clear Armor film, as well as incorrect alignment of the shield on your device. Important: Please read the application instructions carefully before installing your go Bare or Clear Armor.
In the event that your go Bare or Clear Armor product has been discontinued by case-mate, we will offer a case-mate.com exchange by applying the original purchase price paid for the product to any in stock item. No warranty refunds will be issued.

Note: Case-mate's liability does not extend beyond the product sold.

Otterbox

OtterBox products come with a ONE (1) YEAR Limited Warranty from the date of the retail purchase by the original end-user. If a material or workmanship defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, OtterBox will replace the case only. OtterBox cannot be held liable for damages to personal property due to misuse or improper care and maintenance of case and o-ring seals. OtterBox warranty does not, under any circumstance, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the case.

a. Twelve (12) months for accessories (whether included in the mobile device sales package or sold separately).

TALKSKY / Third party manufacturer:

The warranty term is neither by resale nor through the authorized repair manufacturer or by exchange of the product affected (neither recommencement of warranty term nor extension of warranty term). Independantly from the premises, for exchanged or repaired parts during the warranty term, there is another warranty term of sixty (60) days from the moment on which the part is being repaired or replaced or the remaining warranty term which is granted by the manufacturer. The type with the longer period will be chosen.
